Shipping & Handling
1. Do you include local tax, import duties, etc?

Our shipping does not cover any import duties, or customs clearance costs. Customers are responsible for these import-related costs if the product is held in your customs. We can provide invoice with lower price to help you on reducing such tax; From our experience, there is low possibility that your country charges on import tax.

2. Which forwarder do you use?

We will use FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL and EMS air express as our express partner to delivery our product to you.

3. When will the goods be delivered?

The product will be shipped within 2 business days after the payment received. It will take another 4 to 8 business days delivery, depending on the destination you are. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising your tracking No. once product shipped as well.

4. Which countries do you ship to?

We can ship to most countries in the world including North America, Mid-America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, Russia, etc. If, for whatever reason, we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you timely.

5. Do you charge any fee if I provide wrong shipping information?

If you provide the wrong shipping information before we shipped out our product, leading to the product can not delivery successfully, we need to reship the items, we will charge the reship fee USD40 per order.

6. What should I do, if I can not receive my package for a long time?

If you don’t receive the package for a long time (more than 15 days), please inquire your local express company by tracking number. Meanwhile, please inform us by Email immediately. We will contact the express company for the information as well.

7. Can you provide invoice to my order?

Yes. We can provide the Performa invoice as requested. If you need Performa invoice, please inform us by Email.
